My name is Matthew Sword. I was a Marine for nearly 12 years. I was first assigned to Marine Corps Security Forces. I had the unique opportunity to serve overseas at the Royal Air Force Base St. Mawgan England. After my security force tour I was assigned to 2nd Battalion Second Marines Camp Lejeune NC. I was detached to weapons company 81's platoon. I served as 2nd Team squad leader for 81 mm mortar platoon. During my time with 2/2 I was also assigned to the USS Trenton for a Med Float in 92. my 2/2 pics
 
While going to The Ohio State University I joined the local reserve unit Lima Company 3/25. I served with Lima for about 8 years. Most of my experience with Lima involved with the weapons platoon mortar section. Lima Pics
 
I'm currently a web developer and internet marketing specialist. I don't feel I'm extremely technical, but my creativity and "adapt and overcome" nature has gotten me pretty far in the tech business.
